The presented evidence is made on behalf of the members of the Tucker Beach Residents Society Incorporated (“the Society”). The Society was incorporated in June 2018 (refer Appendix 1) in order to maintain and preserve the character of Tucker Beach Road and the surrounding area for the benefit of the residents of Tucker Beach area and those living in the locality of Tucker Beach Road.
